These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator identified for Togeo in the applicable app store listing. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy also applies.

You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these Terms. If local law requires a higher age or parental consent, you must meet that requirement.

What Togeo provides
Togeo provides private groups, location sharing, expiring links, chat, saved places, notifications, profiles, media and invitation tools. Features may vary by device, region and app version.

Your account
Provide accurate information, protect access to your email and device, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.

Acceptable use
Use Togeo lawfully and respect the safety, privacy and consent of every person whose information you share.
- Do not track, threaten, harass or monitor someone without permission.
- Do not share invitation codes or private links beyond their intended audience.
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive or rights-infringing content.
- Do not probe security, automate abuse or interfere with the service.
Location accuracy and safety
Location may be delayed, approximate, unavailable or affected by device settings, connectivity and platform services. Togeo is not an emergency service and must not be used as the sole way to protect a person, navigate an emergency or confirm someone’s safety.

Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Togeo a limited license to host, process and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

Stores and third-party services
Apple, Google, map providers, notification providers and other services have their own terms and privacy practices. Store terms may also apply to downloads, updates and payments. Togeo is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Paid features
If Togeo offers paid features, the price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms shown before purchase will apply together with the relevant app-store rules. We will not charge you without an affirmative purchase action.

Suspension and termination
You may stop using Togeo and request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address abuse or enforce these Terms.

Service availability
Togeo is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect location accuracy or that every notification will arrive. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Togeo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes
We may update the service or these Terms. We will publish the updated date and provide appropriate notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms where allowed by law.
